- Order once placed cannot be cancelled or modified without consultation.
- We check all of the items for defects before they are dispatched, but in the rare case that a buyer finds out that an item is having any manufacturing defect, buyer can claim refund/ exchange from us during the warranty period (within 48 hours of receiving the item).
- Buyer will have to first send an image of product on email in case buyer is claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting description.
- In order to claim your refund/ exchange buyer need to ship the product back in original packing to us and we will replace the same free of cost and reship the item back to buyer at our cost.
- Refunds instructions will only be issued to Payment handling party after the product is returned to Women’s World address at Mumbai.
- Refunds for the purchased product will be issued to the same mode (for e.g. credit card or net banking) by the Payment handler.
- The timeline for the refund will depend on the Payment handling party and ideally it should not take more than a week to get the refund.
- Colours in the actual product and of the picture of the product may vary due to the picture being digital in nature or the lightings that were used at the time of taking the picture.
- Please read all the terms of sale carefully before placing the order. Once the order is placed by you, it confirms that you have read, understood and agree to all the terms and conditions of the sale mentioned in the policy.
- All the cases for the disputes (if any) have to be lodged in Mumbai jurisdiction only.
